Brenda Schuster is an RPCV from Uzbekistan and Uganda. She lived in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region for 2½ years, and has traveled extensively throughout Central Asia and Western China. The Monday brown bag seminar team had the bright idea to invite Brenda to share her experience and present some of her thesis results. I really enjoyed her talk. It was an amazing eye opening presentation on the reasons behind the poor health outcomes among the indigenous peoples of the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region.
Dr Stephen Bezruchka recorded this talk ( available on this link) and Brenda kindly accepted to share her presentation
